Filteration System

The first filtration process is the Particle and Carbon Pre-filter. This takes away organic matter, dissolved chlorine, iron and other impurities.

Next is the important filter. The Reverse Osmosis Membrane. This takes out roughly 95% - 98% of all impurities. This separates the water into two parts, the waste and the clean. The clean water is now flowing into the storage tank.

The last process is the DI-resin Vessels. These are chemically treated ion-exchange resin beads. De-ionisation water is where the 100% pure water is now produced.

This is now put through poles using a pump where the pressure can be controlled as required.ecompact2.jpg
